Implementation

Implementation is the process of putting the design in place and ensuring that it functions exactly the way you want. A professionally designed set up will assure correct configuration and enhance your ability to produce financial reports with accurate essential data. Set up includes, but is not limited to, the following:

      • Establish whether data conversion from old system is appropriate
      • Populate the chart of account with starting balances
      • Determine whether to enter transactions on a summary or detail level
      • Create list and protocols for inventory and service items, customers and vendors
      • Enter detail level accounts receivable and accounts payable
      • Set up payroll module for easy preparation of payroll and tax liabilities
      • Enter YTD payroll data for employees and liability accounts during mid-year conversions
      • Enter ending statement bank balances and outstanding checks & deposits in transit
      • Verify trial balance
